The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the high street, allowing me to easily explore local pubs and restaurants. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who went above and beyond by accommodating my early check-in request, ensuring I could drop off my bags without any hassle. My room, while compact, was impeccably equipped with essential amenities, including a comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, and delightful tea and coffee facilities, which made for a cozy stay. The continental breakfast was impressive, offering a wide selection that paired wonderfully with generous cups of coffee, although I would have appreciated more cooked options. My experience at this hotel was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colchester.
